To develop speed, strength, endurance, agility, and discipline in youth athletes interested in succeeding in track and field activities.
Blazers Track & Field Club provides an opportunity for our youth to participate competitively in track and field events against other local, state, regional, and national teams. We encourage our athletes to challenge themselves by facing adversity which will build self-esteem and self-determination. Track and field is an outlet which will enhance social skills and self-confidence across all sports and academic arenas.
Sprinters train to run 100m, 200m, and 400m mid-sprint in record times. Our best also compete in 80m, 100m, and 110m hurdles.
Long distance runners compete in 800m, 1500m, and 3000m race. We also train for the 1500m and 3000m Race Walk.
